AMOG/chode

This is very easy to deal with. If he's a chode, he shouldn't be a very strong AMOG; just dethrone the guy. Act like you run the place. It shouldn't be too much of an issue... from what it sounds like, he's a typical AFC with very little game.

What did the focus shift to, exactly? If you were on top of your game, the focus should have still been on you. You shouldn't let anything determine your interaction because otherwise, you're just being reactive. You want to be proactive.

First mistake. Explain to your buddy that you need a separate room at his place before leaving the club. Also say him that he gets HB6. If he resists, go somewhere else. No more drinks. Your girl was dtf, otherwise she wouldn't have joined.

And at this point I am like... If i stay no one is getting any, if i leave they have a chance and they are kinda buddies that i go out with every weekend and these chicks i will never see again.....

I will add a 3rd mistake you did.

Once you have established that the amog/chode fuck up the mood, and your other mate, I'll call him the idiot, didn't remove him from the premises...

You should have invited your girl to your house, and spent the money on the taxi. Well worth it for a HB9. She came with you, not the amog. I personally can't believe you left the place. If the HB6 was acting up being left alone there, you suggest that you take a taxi together, first to YOUR place, then where the HB6 was going.
