Have a few practice sets where your goal is to stay for a set amount of time. In this practice sets give yourself permission to mess up the interaction. It seems that you bail because you are afraid of messing up the interaction.

Stop being nervous.

How to stop being nervous? Stop caring about how the interaction goes. Accept the fact that she may not like you. Once you accept that, it will be easier.

Dude! This is exactly my problem. I get the first approach everythings going great and I get the number and bail when instead I should be building emotions on that specific moment.

Its probably nerves but I learned from previous mistakes that its a good idea just to keep going with the flow.

This happens to me too. I'm no pro but I'm getting better. Much of what is making me better is things I do when I'm NOT approaching.

Such as- visualize the interaction to completion, assume the close, meditate.

When you are interacting- push your own boundaries and see what you can get away with*. You could probably do a lot more than what you're doing now and you don't even know it. Try new things and calibrate from there.

Don't be stupid and try to grab their butt or something. Just do more than the last approach and calibrate.

Repetition is the key. Keep doing it. That puts you ahead of the game compared to most guys.
