Generally speaking you want to stay away from boring everyday conversation patterns, especially questions. If I ask a question I make sure its abnormal an interesting. If you had chose a celebrity to be your parent who would it be. That will spark an entire convo.

Story telling is good. Get into srories that evoke emotional responses like telling her about the first time you went to a theme park or your first day of highschool. Get her talking about her own experiences like asking her to recall moments of her life she really enjoyed. First concert, first kiss etc.

As for sexual tension there are two things you can do. First is play the question game. Look it up. The questions always get sexual so it builds tension. Next is doing lots of kino or touching. Ill copy and past the comment I wrote about micro esculation for you. If you do lots of kino the convo can be boring and it doesnt really matter.

Flirting is a lot about what is unsaid. You don't need words to flirt, so if it's not your strong point to flirt with words, then give it a shot with your eyes and facial expression.

The whole point is to let someone know you like them. That's all flirting is really. There's an endless supply of tools you can use to flirt. You could use double entendres, teasing, complimenting, backhanded complimenting, eyebrow wiggles, wicked grins, tone of voice, emphasis on specific syllables, misdirection, and picking alternative meanings than what your partner intended.

Picking alternate meanings: "Do you want to put in anything else?" - Bartender, asking about a further order.

You are afraid to say/do the wrong thing. Go out and open girls with openers you know will get negative response and hold your frame and then say something even riskier.
