I'll be honest, permanently deleting my Facebook account and temporarily disabling IG (2 months in a row now) has been comprable to me doing nofap. I don't feel the need to check the apps and see what others are up to. It's like social media made me even more anxious and depressed. I'll probably comeback to IG but it won't be the same at all.

I had over 1000 followers with a ratio over 1, which is not bad for a male, and I deleted mine within the month.

Turned out to be a great decision, many girls came to me asking why I deleted it, and some conversations led to escalation.

I seem more mysterious, though, those girls already knew my social proof and SMV.

Worth it in the long run, think of the time you’ll save.

I use social media to screen girls. It has its purposes, if you don't like it then dont be active on it. If you are really so fed up with it then yeah delete it.

You're taking a big step towards maturity. You did what everyone does, found out it sucks and want to end it.

Don't hesitate. This is not because social media harmful in general, it's because you don't like it. Live has no need for no social media and you can make everything work without. If you're missing something particular, just because you don't use social media, ask yourself if it is worth being in your life at all or if you wouldn't better care about something/someone else.

Do it. Fuck being in the loop, it breeds a hive mentality - perhaps go as far as stop reading the news too (if you haven't already), that does the exact same thing.

The benefits for me:

More time is freed up.
It removes a platform to give yourself attention. You become more independent and stoic.
Makes me more mysterious amongst everyone who knows I don't use social media.
I can't say stupid shit online, which can bite me back in the arse later on.
More happier in general.

The only time you should use social media is for business purposes. If you have people you interact with on social media, suggest a different platform to interact, such as WhatsApp.

I have been off of social media for about 4 months now. You get a free “Hamster Run” of the girls you meet when they ask if you have it. The “I don’t use Social Media” comment always causes a look of disbelief. Some will not want to talk and others will be intrigued.

It’s great because they will inquire about seeing you more often. They have no way of seeing who you follow (other potential plates) and seeing who likes your photos (other potential plates) which can hurt your SMV if she looks better than the girls liking your pictures. Now if you know there are hot women liking your pictures it will be a great tool.

If you have a dry account. Low likes, low followers etc. It will negatively impact your SMV. Women want who others want. This is a fact and it is very evident on social media. I only followed people I have a close knit relationship with and one of my plates would NEVER like my pictures. Why? Because it would be so obvious because of the lack of other people. They don’t want to be like #7 it’s much easier to be incognito in 30+ likes.

Two options:

Delete. It’s not weird to be without social media, not too common, but not weird. As long as you’re a G it’s cool

Keep. Portray yourself as the high value G you are. Bitches will b hitting you up when done right.

Either way is cool just be a G and don’t stand for bull shit. You will succeed
