Either a no response or simple "ok" will suffice. If she never gets back to you, that's a pretty big indication she's not interested. If she says she can't make it for whatever reason, it may or may not be legit. Wait a couple days and then hit her up again. Don't make any mention of not hanging out before. Just start a completely new conversation.
