I wanted to ask how do you guys deal with differences regarding culture. For example where I live in, it's common to have sex after a while but most women won't do it until you're in a relationship or almost there (that is, with the same level of comfort so as to be FWB).

With that out of the table, what you're aiming to is to get to know someone and gauge if she's the type of girl I mentioned or the other which doesn't care and will have sex fairly fast.

The typical case is to find a girl who's conservative and thus won't allow a lot of kino that fast (unless at specific situations) how do you deal with that type of thing?

It not only limits to sex but there are super conservative girls (honestly) or those super conservative in appearance but sometimes for mistaking one for the other you can get in trouble or slapped.
