Wouldn't get too hung up on this. You've bought it. It was a nice thing to do. It would be awkward to ask her to pay for it, and buying something for a girl isn't the disaster PUA theory seems to suggest it is. Supplicating a stranger is a waste of money and paying for everything is counterproductive, but paying for entry to an actual date when she already likes you is pretty harmless.

If it's not sold out and it's a smaller venue, I would just wait til you get to the door and figure it out there. If it might sell out, I'd probably buy it, since it sounds like she's expecting you to do so.

In most cases I wouldn't, it generally comes off as supplicating, although every situation is different. I definitely wouldn't if she expects you to in a "I'm using you" sort of way. If you aren't sure if she is expecting you to or not, call her up and ask her if she got her ticket yet: "Tickets are selling out fast, get yours yet?". If she buys a ticket it is an investment on her part which is good for you.
