What do you want? Do you want to dance close and get playful with her? Do it. Do you want to show her some really goofy move, and then tell her to reproduce it, laughing the whole time? Do it. Do you want to say, "I don't think you've got what it takes." with a sad nod and dismiss her with a wave of your hand? Do it (this would be money for an HB9+).

Get out of the "What does she want?" mindset and start thinking, "What do I want?" and then bring her into that awesome experience. It's just more attractive to be assertive and fun. Don't try so hard to impress. You just make everyone uncomfortable.

BTW-Since you're asking here, I assume you don't actually want to just keep dancing and would like to attract girls. We aren't here to tell you how to dance by yourself. If that's what you really want, you're in the wrong place. All of my responses would increase attraction in the majority of cases like this.

she obviously doesn't want dancing lessons(unless you are in step up 2 the streets, and a circle has formed around you to showcase your badass moves), she wants you to just dance with her so do it. say something like "sure, let me show you by example." then just grab her and dance, or don't say anything and just grab her and dance.

then figure out where you want to take it. if you just want to dance with her and thats it, then your night is fulfilled.

she wants to see where you can take her. she sees you having fun, and wants to know more. just like when you see a hot girl you want to find out if you can get more of her clothes off.

the next time this happens, i recommend smiling, extending your hands for her to grab. go read up on some "dance game." dance for 10-25 minutes, so that you get close but don't stale out. then take her hand and guide her to somewhere else in the venue. keep kino going and start conversation. proceed normally from there (sidebar if you don't know what to do).

If she asks you to teach her to dance, she's just SAYING something... you don't ACTUALLY try to teach her to dance.

you say, "you could never learn THESE moves!" or "i didn't become a great dance, i was BORN one" and then you say, "but maybe you could pick it up by proxy" and then immediately start dancing WITH her.

When she says teach her how to dance, that doesn't mean teach her like how you would teach a guy. That means seduce her with your body. Take it as an invitation to guide her around you and towards you with your hands and your eyes. She is giving you a passport to her interest. I suggest you travel.
