I see a lot of posts here where guys talk about a girl who was really receptive and interested in the beginning but for one reason or another that interest fades and she gives so many reasons why she can't see you or her demeanor when texting changes then you ask how you can get her interest back or save the interaction.

My answer to all those types of posts is don't try to save the interaction no matter how unique of a situation you may think it is or how "special" you think the girl is.

One of the keys to not be needy is wanting some sort of romantic/sexual relationship but not wanting it from a specific girl.

If you're really convinced that there is something special between you and this girl and the thing that's stopping her from seeing you is only circumstantial then you should be fine leaving that interaction and letting her worry about reconnecting while you go out and see other girls because it doesn't matter what her personality or upbringing is, even the most shy and conservative girl will pursue a man if she truly thinks he's special.

Whether she does get back to you or disappears forever should make no difference though because you shouldn't be wanting anything specifically from her in the first place. If you didn't have sex with her but had sex with other girls then you've already fulfilled your goal of having sex.

That's how to be sexual and non-needy at the same time. Have the attitude of, "I fucking love sex but if you won't fuck me, I'll fuck her....or her or her..."

TL;DR - Don't chase one girl, don't chase multiple girls, chase the skill to get as many girls as you want.
