Call her a day before the date/hangout. Give her a miss call, if she doesn't respond either she busy, hopefully, or really doesn't want to go out with you. If she was really busy or had something to do, she'll tell you either before the time of the hangout/date or slightly after. It hurts but happens to everyone, just be strong, find another girl.
