I've been dating my LTR for 2 years now. There have really only been a few times that she's shit tested me and I think I passed each test pretty well (considering we are still together).

I dropped her off at work this morning ( it is on the way to work for me) and before she got out she said "oh I forgot to tell you, I made a new friend (at work) recently."

I said " cool, who is it" ( not giving a fuck)

"he works in this department and he does this, blah blah blah".

I said "oh that's cool, glad you're making friends"

Thought the convo was over. She then says " Yeah, every time I go into work now, I make sure to walk by his area and we smile at each other"..

My shit test spidey sense goes off and without hesitation I said, "well you guys should keep it in your pants at work, don't want to get fired" as I laughed about it.

I think given the situation, I reacted pretty well (former non-red pill mentality, just started looking at situations with a red pill mentality recently).

But now that I am sitting at work, I'm kind of pissed off. She blatantly waited until Monday morning to mention this, when she had all weekend to say something ( we live together).

I'm not going to bring it back up at all, unless she says something.

In that case, what/how should I act/say if she says another thing about it?

Also, what do I do in the circumstance that she gets his number, gives her number to him? End it right there?

I've never suspected her to ever do anything out of line to jeopardize our relationship and she's as loyal as a dog.

Just was wondering if someone could diagnose the situation.

Is this something I should just brush off or should I keep an eye out for anything to escalate?
