That sucks, but it's common. I'm in the same boat, mostly. The people I go out with are either married and not looking, or just don't have much game, or are female and not particularly amenable to me picking up girls while we're out. Having friends that you do stuff with is still probably better than not, though...but, you might want to start figuring out which of your friends aren't complete idiots with women, and hang out with them more often, and leave the others at home.

Honestly, you only need a couple of guys in a group of several, to keep things from being weird. I even usually do OK when it's just me and a couple of quiet guys with a couple of girls (once you get up to three or more girls, it becomes difficult to handle solo, so you definitely need wings at that point). I guess it's a challenge to have enough game for a bunch of guys.

Do they like girls? Do they all have girlfriends, already? You should probably get to the root of things, and understand where they're coming from. If they like girls and just don't know what to do with them, start teaching them, even if they won't embrace it and study on their own.

If they don't like girls, start playing up the gay when you're around them, and get them out of the closet and acting like proper homosexuals (gay guys are awesome to hang out with). Girls love hanging out with flaming gay guys; so, if you're the one obviously straight guy in a gay crew, you're getting laid a lot, by default. (Note to any non-flaming gay folks who might find my tone offensive: I think very highly of teh gays. Many of my best friends throughout my life have been gay, and I have absolutely no problem with gay folks.)

Anyway, you can improve your friends game with just a few bits of advice:

Don't be needy.
Treat girls just like one of the guys.
Don't try to be a gentleman...continue to make bawdy jokes (but not stupid or gross jokes), continue to tool your friends in a good-natured way, etc.
Don't supplicate.
Continue to talk normally and have conversations and make jokes.

When they've reached a level where they aren't killing your game, they may have time to start seeing what actual good techniques look like and what good results can come from those techniques. They may even then want to learn more on their own, and you can hand over your copy of The Game and whatever videos or whatever you have laying around.

Do you have a movie night with your buds? If not, instigate one...buy some good beer, order pizza, and watch "dude movies" that happen to present good game. Intermingle action flicks with The Tao of Steve, Office Space, and maybe some others from the "movies with game" thread. Even action movies can have insights into game. Call out the awesome game moments, if you can comfortably do so (I don't know what kind of relationship you have with you friends)..."I'm totally trying that next time I'm talking to girls." If you're lucky, one will challenge you with, "You will not!" And then you can escalate to, "Twenty bucks says I'll do it and you won't." Then you do it, and convince you friend to also do the same to avoid paying you twenty bucks.

What I'm trying to say is you can game guys, too, and you should do it, if you think you can help you friends learn to be better with women. :)

Maybe your friends don't have, or aren't ready to admit they have, the need to get their "fix" from women.

Also, maybe...just maybe, you should consider that inviting the girls to join in your buddy game was a dick move (either because your friends thought it was a guy only thing, or because they're uncomfortable with women...either way ends with you possibly being a dick).
