I don't tend to overtly game, and I haven't come across this situation -- [1] unless the club is empty many of the girls are near the same hotness level, and [2] guys are pretty chicken-shit and sticking to people know so the hot girls aren't getting cold approached much and aren't blowing guys out.

Anyways, Gunwitch would be the first idea that came to mind. He differentiates between the "10 for the club" and your "personal 10". Engage the "10 for the club" to get everyone's attention/social proof to make it easier to open your "personal 10s" later. "Hey, my friends bet me that you wouldn't dance with a guy like me." Being a rocker guy in Oregon (i.e. Gunwitch) might help. It's definitely not Mystery Method / DHVing

If you're talking about a real ten you need to be gaming the entire room from the moment you enter that bar. You need groups laughing at your jokes and women used as social proof in those groups who you're kinoing and really getting along with. You're more likely to find a girl to take home while you're working to that 10 then you are getting the ten's phone number.

If it was easy everyone would be doing it. Your scenario is extremely complex for anyone short of super high value people like a celebrity. Also, the ten will NOT be alone unless she's a call girl and even then only for a moment. After you build social proof in the room you need to join the 10's group and begin working her group while mostly ignoring and/or negging her. By neg I don't mean insult though.. please keep that in mind.

We'll stop at those general basics for your night's foundation. my game plan. first, leave the club because wtf am i doing in a club and go to a bar with good drinks on tap and try one i havent had, preferably something local. i start chatting with anyone around to see who is interesting. maybe i play a game a of pool to meet some locals. after i have had my fill of people and beer, i go home and read a book before falling asleep for the night. the entire time i am not worried about winning mind games or a slave to my sex drive.

Act like I'm a fucking rock star and try to get her to buy me drinks. I usually just strut over with some line as to why I'm talking to her, and I play it up like she should be chasing me and I work that angle. But in a playful way so that she stills knows I want to fuck her brains out. I'm blunt and upfront and chicks dig it.

Approach her (girl A) within the first 3 seconds, before I see 20+ guys hit on her. When she tries to turn me down because she thinks I'm hitting on her I turn it around on her instead, telling her that I'm not trying to hit on her, I'm actually just using her as a warm up for that other girl (points at some 7/8 (Girl B)). BS for short while then walk away and go open the girl I pointed to earlier. Work my way around a few more sets till I find myself close to girl A again and open her a 2nd time (This time with Girl B/C/D with me). Now she's genuinely interested in you, and the ball is in your court. Have fun!
