She's with another guy, probably sexing him up. Do you care about that? If so, you need to jettison her. If you don't, you could text her something like "haha well thanks for the concern but what you do with your time is your business. come out with me on [day]!"

It sounds like she thinks she needs to make a choice. You'll just have to have "the talk" with her next time you see her and explain that you don't care about exclusivity (if you don't).

However you play this you have to let her know you don't take this kind of shit.
