IMO the PUA techniques work on everyone, but different women respond differently to the rate of kino escalation. I try to make sure that I am getting reciprocation of kino as I escalate, if you can read the woman you'll know if you are going at an appropriate pace.

As for going for the kiss - if I'm trying to bring the girl back to my place on the first date, I don't go for a kiss until we're back at my place; otherwise I never leave a first date (if I like the girl) without going for a kiss, at the very least when we say bye for the night.

Amp up the cocky funny. Kino a bit more hard; a punch on the shoulder after a joke is a good way to start. Punching the thigh works well too. Move to arm around the shoulder, like a buddy.

That being said, tomboys hang out with dudes all the time, thus they will probably not talk about clothes I guess.
