To me 10) ULTIMATE COMFORT IN OWN SKIN. is the most important. Being able to do this will get you a lot further on its own than any of the ones talked about in the page. Being who your truly are evenn without all you learn from seduction is far better than being someone you're not with all the seducion knowledge.

To me it's about being in the role of leader/protector and source of energy/fun.

A lot of that is bordering very closely to douchebaggery, but the general principles are there. The biggest two, which are repeated throughout that page, are confidence and not giving a fuck.

You can project confidence by speaking loudly, clearly and slowly. Confidence is also projected through body language: a solid stance with feet apart, arms at your side, make eye contact, good posture. It feels very uncomfortable at first, but I've found it makes a big difference in my day-to-day life. You project confidence to women specifically by assusing they're attracted to you and going from there. An example of this is how you ask a woman on a date. Asking is an extremely weak move. If you assume attraction then you'll tell them. Compare the differences between "Would you like to get a drink sometime?" and "Let's get a drink on Thursday." I talk to people I don't know very well as if they're my best friend; I know you want to get a drink with me, so we're really just working out logistics at this point.

Not giving a fuck comes out in different ways. If you don't care how an interaction ends then you'll say things that other guys won't. That's how things like negs and teasing come out. If you don't give a fuck you're also not clingy or needy, since you don't really care in the first place.

LordPotato nailed it with #10 being the most important. I am who I am and if you don't like it then I'll find someone who does. That's the old "just be yourself" reworded for PUAs.
