Pardon the 2 part post. This continues where Part 1 left off.

Meeting Asians

Now that we've established a sort of foundation, we can talk about some specifics.
Depending on where you live, actually finding AW can be tricky. However, there are two things that work in your favor: Universities and Communities.

Universities are obvious, Asians come by the boatload to come here to Study. The most "profitable" method is to find their community BBS/forsale list, you know, the place they sell their $5 shit. Get signed up, and post a short and simple post: "Hi, I'm a <White/Black> American Male <student/M.S./Ph.D./professor/guy>, and would like to learn some basic conversational phrases in <language>. In exchange, I can help you with English. Interested? Tell me a little bit about yourself, and your goals. Contact me at: <email>" If this method has been tried by others recently you might catch some flak, but it's usually a shit-test if it's coming from females. Go after the female flakkers, I've had the best success with them. So you'll get a metric shit ton of replies, however, you won't always know which ones are male and female. This is the tricky bit. Some will straight up tell you male/female. Some will give you an "English name", which is helpful. Google is your friend here, chances are they're using their school e-mail address, so stalk a little bit to see if you can't figure out who they are. Later, once you've made a few friends, you can always ask them whether this name is male/female. If any females say "why do you only meet girls?" My response was typically, "I find that women are more patient and helpful than the guys I've met."
Other University meeting options are International Clubs, Coffee Shops near where they live (they often live in groups, entire apartment blocks can be Asian).

Community w/o a university nearby: This is more difficult, because many of the younger women (the ones you're interested) are not living there -- although you may have occasion to meet some. I have little experience with this, so I'll just reiterate spending time in stores, bookstores, library, etc. Post on craigslist or similar sites for language exchange/conversation partner (applies anywhere). But do not put "I want to learn Korean & Japanese & Chinese" This raises the yellow fever flag, you don't want that.

Once you meet her, if you're not interested, spend an hour or so learning some basic language/cultural things, then add that to your database for use in the future. Don't be mean or dismissive, see it as a opportunity to learn and ask stupid questions that you might not ask an HB.

The key point for meeting AW is to do so in a non-threatening / non-romantic way. Stay away internet dating sites, unless you feel like getting married next week.

A note on random encounters: the 3 second rule still applies (i.e., from the time she notices you, you have a few seconds to initiate conversation, otherwise you're rapidly advancing into creepy territory.) If you're going to run routines on AW, light-hearted, simple (due to language differences), and funny are the key ones to do. You want to disarm her, show your friendliness. "Alpha male" is almost irrelevant to Asian women, or at least the definition is different. Education and personality trumps appearance. She wants to know (a) is he a good investment of my time>, (b) is he going to treat me kindly?

By the way, now's a good time to mention: Asian women generally don't care what you look like. I.e., whether you're ugly or not. It's almost irrelevant! If you look too "sexy" (ripped bod, slicky hair, they're going to think you're a player and inconstant) -- so the look that works is simple + elegant. Find clothes that fit your body shape, look nice, but are not overly stiff/formal. Black+White combos are good, avoid stripes, a suit jacket, a button down white casual shirt, shorter hair style (long hair = killer+rapist), pants. But whenever you get a chance, you'll want to show off your athletic side a little, this is why kite flying / jogging are good ideas. No-one likes a slob. So if you are, stop being one right now or you'll never get laid.

Routines

So you've established friendly contact, here's where your routines come into play.
Eliciting emotions, mirroring values, validation of her choices, are all important. Very light kino. Do not supplicate (universal rule of PUA), do not apologize excessively. However, apologies are considered polite discourse, especially in Japan, so don't avoid it completely. However, never apologize for showing interest in someone. For example, she says "You're kind of aggressive, aren't you?" You: "It's really rare for me to find someone I connect with so easily and freely." DO NOT: "Sorry, blush". Eye contact is important. Don't stare her down, but confident/engaging gazing during key parts of conversation will get her dripping. Your attention should be completely on her, not on other shit that's going on around you. Image a loud noise occurs, it startles her, what's your first instinct? To look at the source of the noise and yell "WHAT THE FUCK?" right? No. Suppress that instinct, and instead comfort her with a steady gaze, a smile, and a gentle touch on the arm.

Establishing rapport is the hardest part of gaming AW. Language/cultural differences are barriers, but the biggest barriers are her (and your) preconceived notion that you won't be able to communicate / understand each other effectively. So your goal here is to establish rapport using simple, but clear English. Here's my first meeting routine (language exchange):

(1) Meet at the coffee shop, bring the books/notebooks for studying language. Arrive early, make sure she knows what you look like. They will always make jokes like "I'll be the short/cute Asian girl with the black hair! herp derp!"

(2) Smile and greet her warmly, no hugs or touching, maybe a handshake if she offers. Sit at a table for 4, sit on her left side, not directly across from her. If it happens that you sit directly across, maneuver closer to her side once you've gotten started (it'll be more casual if you're trying to focus on some language issue, writing down things, etc.)

(3) First Small Talk: This is critical, she will want to know why you want to learn the language: "I love to travel, and look forward to doing some travel in <country> next year. I don't want to be a typical dumb American tourist, I think it shows respect for the people if I can learn a little bit of the language and culture ahead of time." Watch a +100 float away from her head. Herein you need to establish the things I discussed above, i.e., you have: family, friends, food, fun! You're a happy guy, with the world at your feet. You are not forever alone. You want to ask her how life in the U.S. is treating her so far, this generates lots of leads to pick up on. She has problem with XYZ, or is depressed, broke up with boyfriend, etc. Cheer her up, but do not supplicate or fix her problems.

(4) Eliciting/mirroring. Never offer your "values" without knowing what her complementary values are. This comes naturally, because you're guiding the conversation, right? Right. Politics, religion, sexual/relationship talk are not subjects of conversation unless she brings them up... even then, steer away. Once you find out what her keywords/key values are, mirror those using synonyms, stories, whatever it takes to get her to realize "hey, this guy gets it!".
Mirroring body language is somewhat useful also, you definitely want to have the open/cool confident body language (watch the president give a speech, this is almost ideal body language, gestures, etc.).

(5) She should be pretty much smiling regularly now, but keep your first meeting short. 30-45 minutes, tops, even if things are going fairly well (especially so). You initiate the leaving, you have another meeting, gotta get back to work, whatever -- but critically, you set up the next meeting in person. "So, what does your schedule look like for <a few days later> at 1?"
You establish interest, you presume a second meeting, and leaving no doubt for her either.

Second meeting is a repeat of the first, you should start off with something that you liked about the previous meeting, and condense the timing of the above steps. A little more friendly/reassuring Kino. This meeting is the time where you mention getting out of the coffee shop and going to the Zoo for the next meeting. At the Zoo, you're set. Bitches love Zoos. Giant donkey penis? Check. Animals mating? Check. Lots of opportunities to get close to each other, touch, be in a dark quiet space together? Check.

Final weapon in your arsenal, as mentioned previously, offer to cook for her and roommates. There will be one of 3 responses: "Sounds great!", "I have to ask my roommates, but should be okay", or "Probably not a good idea". Don't get hung up on the last one, it might simply mean that she's got a complicated situation (married/boyfriend/too curious roommates, etc). Your response to all three of these is "Well, I enjoy cooking for people I like, so I look forward to making something special for you."

Once you've made it this far, continue the normal routines, increasing kino, "let's watch a movie at your/my place", etc.

Conclusion

I realize that this guide is rather long. Spent a few hours typing it up without any organization. Hope you can get some useful bits from it. I'll look at your comments, and make some revisions / changes as necessary, and will happily answer your well thought-out questions.
