First, before I start: this is NOT a question because I'm scared to pursue this chick or anything like that. If I wanted advice on that, I would have asked. I just want to know your opinions on this situation/chick.

Back story

-Met this chick (let's call her Crazy) at the beginning of the year. Got her number. Txted alot back and forth.

-She consistently kept showing me alot of IOI's but also kept throwing me equally as many IOD's. Confused the hell outta me.

-Asked her out three times but she flaked each time so I stopped trying.

Not much of a back story, I know, but the details of it aren't that important.

Here's what happened:

I kept trying to book dates with her after multiple txts back and forth but she kept giving me lame ass excuses why she couldn't come out (Baby-sitting. Had a bad cough. Mom and dad wanted her to stay home). I figured she was disinterested so I stopped trying. Even though I stopped txting her, she kept txting me and initiating conversations.

One night she shows up to a party I was throwing. I was smashed that night so my game was nowhere close to tight, but she kept showing me strong signs of interest (following me around, getting jealous when I'd pick other girls as my beer pong parters, trying to talk to me while I was in conversation). That night, she brought up the fact that I don't txt her anymore. We talked a bit and caught up. After she left, she txted me "That was a great party. I hope you had a fun night! :)". I thought 'cute' but didn't respond since I was wasted.

Next day, I was talking to one of my girl friends and she asked how Crazy was and said it in a really "ooooooooh <3" kind of way. I asked her what she means. She said Crazy was talking about me when they got back to her place and saying how I liked her sooooooooo much and wanted to prove it to everyone in the room by txting me and expected a response back (joke was on her I guess).

That was hint 1.

Fast forward to now. I've been in the library all week studying for an upcoming exam. I'm sitting at a table with my friends (3 girls, 1 guy) and she comes and sits with us. She's friends with everyone so it's cool. I don't talk to her but I'm like that with everyone when I'm studying. She keeps trying to start a conversation. I comply but end the threads really quick so I can get back to studying. Midnight comes around. It's only me and her at the table. I'm still not talking but she's understands why by now. She finishes so she packs her things and says "ok well I gotta go." Thinking she's being polite, I say goodbye and it was nice seeing her. She says "I'll be here tomorrow around noon-ish so txt me when you get here so we can find a table together". I say cool but secretly I'm thinking "wtf?"

That was hint 2.

Now for hint 3 (this is a combination of multiple hints into one):

I just came back from the library (around 3am). As I'm leaving the library with three of my chick friends, she comes up to me and my friends and asks if we could wait one minute so she could walk with us. I say cool since it's late so we wait for her to grab her stuff. I start talking with my friends about random shit and we get into a pretty deep discussion about Pokemon (mature as fuck right?). Crazy finally comes out and we start walking towards the exit. While I'm talking to my one friend, Crazy is behind me mocking me and trying to get to me. I ignore her, keep talking and finish my piece. Me and my friend continue talking but I can clearly hear her talking about me to my other friend.

Midway through our conversation, Crazy points out "sayn, I love the way you walk (sounded kinda sarcastic but not sure). You waddle when you walk. You have a certain bounce in your step". I say thanks and continue a new thread with the friend next to me. A minute into the new convo with my friend, she interrupts and brings up the same thing about my walk. I tease her in front of all the girls and say "damn, this girl is taking mental notes on the way I walk. Excuse me, I know my ass is amazing but stop checking out; I'm feeling violated". Girls laugh. New convo.

Judging by all these hints and by other hints that I've noticed prior to this week, I think she likes me and is trying to avoid admitting it. I think she wants me to show her signs that I like her so she can be the one to reject me. She hasn't done it yet and I know it's something that's probably crossed her mind. What do you guys think?

PS. I know many of you are going to tell me to "man up" and just go for it or something along the lines of that but this post is not because of this (like I said above if you so easily forgotten). I'm not going to deal with this nut-case either way because clearly she has problems and I'm not wasting my time on her. I've dealt with much hotter and much better girls since trying to get with her. I just want to know if what I'm thinking is right or wrong.
