It's been two decades since my first 'real love'. Like many others here, I was a genuine nerd back in high school. It took me three years and an extraordinary opportunity to ask her out. She turned me down. It was the last summer after high school, so I didn't see her until a decade later. But she stayed in my mind. There was something so special about her. Or maybe it's just my imagination. In the end the reason doesn't matter.

Since I will never get a chance to sarge her, I wanted to ease my pain by asking if anyone of you, my fellow PUAs, has succeeded where I failed? Were you able to use your skills or did you blank out and feel like a high schooler again?
