I need your help Seddit. So there's this girl I work with, and I'm trying to get with her. She's a real fun girl and we've smoked before. She smiles anytime she sees me and we have shared witty banter many a time. Problem is, she has a boyfriend. Not just a boyfriend, a boyfriend who allegedly takes a very hands-on approach to solving his relationship problems. So last night, we were hanging at a bar as a band was playing. Everyone is outside smoking cigarettes except me and her, and we start dancing. We're locking eyes, holding hands, dancing like there's feeling involved. We were pretty drunk and just kind of going with the flow, of course I was drunk but I still meant it, I don't know if I can say the same for her. Well, once we realized how romantic our dancing was getting, she said something and split. I wish for the life of me I could remember what she said, I know it wasn't bad but I don't know if it was good. How should I approach this, should I talk to her straight about it, or should I play the 'we were drunk' card? What's your thoughts Seddit?
