When a girl says a statement followed by saying "I know I'm a loser" what do I say?

Usually when girls say this, they're looking for you to disagree and compliment them. Whenever girls say this to me, or something like "I'm so dumb" or whatever, I usually reply with "Yeah, well I wasn't gonna say anything..." with a sly grin on my face. Girls eat it up and usually you get a playful punch in the arm or something followed by "You're such and ass" or something. You just have to make sure they know you're kidding, the smile is the most important, don't tell them though.

Sounds like there's some self esteem issues there. I'd be kind of wary, but honestly, I'd just go with a "Do you always fish for complements?"

I was tempted to say something like acknowledge and amplify, but when a woman says something like "I am a loser" or "I am not to be trusted", you should generally believe her and stay away from her.

it depends. decently good friend / girlfriend, definitely call them a loser. (as long as they don't have depression issues or something of the like.)
