Go back to the store. Try on more shoes. Ask her if she wants to go out for a drink, since you can't really afford to buy $150 shoes every time you feel like seeing her.

Don't do this. It's transparent. Guys always do this to my girlfriend and it's super lame. If you're going to ask her something, just do it. You don't need her to hit you back.

First, your texts should be relevant to what happened. Have you heard of callback humor? Basically you talk about something funny that happened in the interaction. Like if you were teasing her about something then you text and pick up the teasing where you left off. Doesn't sound like that's the case here tho.

If I text what should I say?(Please Give me the correct sequence of words to get her to want to continue our interaction or hang out later).

This doesn't exist. There is no correct thing to say. What were you guys talking about? Did you laugh about anything? Can you think of something funny to say about the shoes? What pretense did you get her number under?

You need to work on the fundamentals. Teasing, body language, qualification, and your confidence. Then you can start building some techniques around these skills, but any techniques used without having a solid grasp on the fundamentals will usually be useless.

Return the shoes. It's a symbolic thing. If you actually like the shoes, find a place where they're cheaper and buy them.
