So it’s a Saturday and I have the day off. I decide to try to sneak into Gathering of the Vibes, a big music festival in Bridgeport, CT about 30 minutes from where I live. I brought my friend along as a wing thinking whether we get in or not, we’d find some adventure. We got there and started walking the perimeter looking for a way in. As we were walking around, we ran into two cute girls (HB7 & HB8) without wristbands and I opened them by saying “you guys trying to sneak in too?” they agreed and I said “we should be a team!”

From then on, we were a group and we walked most of the perimeter of the fest looking for a way in to the fest while chatting them up and enjoying ourselves.  We didn’t find a way to sneak in but we ended up chilling on the beach, staring out over the water as the sun started to go down. My friend had a ukelele so I played the postal service “such great heights” for them and they ATE IT UP. chicks love a guy who can sing! 

They shared their whiskey with us and we rolled a nice fat joint to share with them. At this point, one girl (HB7) was hitting on me pretty hard. She’s a cute italian girl with a nice smile and a bubbly personality. I told her i thought she kind of looked like Rachel from Glee which she took as a dis and ended up working like a neg even though I wasn’t planning on it. I smiled said it’s not a bad thing!  She looked unsure but accepted that. (btw: I feel it’s necessary to add that I watched glee on a date and not by choice)

She was very cute but I had my eye set on her friend (HB8). She was a little less outgoing but seemed to be more of the earthy bohemian type rather than average attractive college girl type. I was thinking, do I make it easy and go after the girl who’s obviously into me or do I go after her friend, who is a little more my type but not giving as many IOIs?

I figured, HB7 is clearly into me. If I game her friend and end up being successful, awesome, but even if HB8 doesn’t get into it, I make HB7 a little jealous and increase attraction. 

I kino HB8 a bit and I feel like I’m getting IOIs but she is a little more shy than HB7 and is definitely less direct. We decided we weren’t going to be able to find a way to sneak in to the festival so I suggested we head back to my friends place to hang out there. The girls thought it was a great idea so we start heading from the beach in the direction of our cars. 

As we were walking towards where the cars were parked, we found a sweet spot that we could clearly hear the music from so we decided to stay for a bit. We enjoyed Elvis Costello from a distance, sitting in the grass drinking beer and flirting. We smoked another jay but this time i leaned in close and HB8 moved in too, took the hit and we had little kiss. (easy way for weed smokers to get that first kiss). We all exchanged phone numbers and after Elvis Costello was done, we found our cars and they were going to follow us back to my friends place. 

On the way, we get a call that they were going to go pick up their friend and meet us but they ended up not showing. 

The next day, HB7 found me on Facebook and when I added her, within a minute she left me a message on my wall saying “sorry about last night we were so tired but this week can we all hang out?”

Soooo HB7 was giving me strong IOIs but I kissed her friend, who wasn’t as blatantly interested. Now the big question is… Do I have to pick one? Is it better to go after an HB7 that is giving strong IOIs or an HB8 that might not be as much of a sure thing? 

Now it’s Monday and i haven’t replied to HB7s Facebook message yet. I need to do that today once I figure out what my game plan is. If HB8 wasn’t there, I would have been into HB7, but since she WAS there, I went for the hotter of the two. Now I’m not sure how to proceed. What does Seddit think?
