From a purely physical perspective, I am a very ugly person, and like Daniel Plainview I believe in good old-fashioned plain speaking. It is very easy to categorize seduction strategies just as it is easier to plan a battle than it is to fight it, and don't get me wrong: I love that everyone here is helping eachother out with this type of thing; but let's call a spade a spade. If one, such as myself, is, we might say, inadequately endowed in terms of physical appearance, then one is by default handicapable when interacting with members of the opposite sex. We can lose weight and get fit, but we still have ugly faces. We can get reconstructive surgery, but that is, in most cases, prohibitively costly and logistically unfeasible.

So I put it to you, my fellow uggoes, fuglies, and Moe Szyslaks out there, in what manner do you interact with potential mates and what can be done to overcome what is seen, by the broad and unwashed masses of our society, as a truly crimson mark of unacceptable aesthetics?

TL;DR: If you are very, very ugly like me, how do you get over it and find happiness/talk to girls/slam box?

EDIT: I am 24 years old, 6' 2" and overweight (like 195) - I work as a middle school teacher. I'm looking for a new job but the state of the economy (a total cop out, I know) and my relative lack of experience are making my search difficult. I wear glasses because I am near-sighted. I haven't been in a relationship for three years and most women dislike me by default. I am, after all, hideous.
