So she says... "I made a lot of bad decisions that night"

So how should I have reacted to this? How do I proceed from here?

I'm at a party yesterday, one girl I f-closed last week was there. I talked to her a couple times during the week. We're chatting with a group of friends, our friends know we hooked up, and she says to the group and me "I made a lot of bad decisions that night"

Kinda made me feel like a piece of shit, knocked me out of my frame for a bit too.
