The easiest method is on the dance floor dancing to hip hop, top 40, or new latin - any informal style. Once you get to the point where you're dancing with your hands on each other, interlocked in whatever position, hold eye contact with her and slowly approach her lips. She can either allow it or gracefully reject.

On the couch, I'd put my arm around her (probably on top of her shoulders), in a confident manner. Keep it there a bit, then turn her a bit toward you, look her in the eyes, and slowly close the distance between your mouths.

Another method that works, is to be facing each other, especially after a hug. Grab each shoulder with one hand during whatever you have to say, then rest your forearms on her shoulders. Look her in the eyes and close the distance slowly.

The final one I can think of is when you reach for the back of her neck/hair with one hand. Hold it there a bit. She knows what you want. Eye contact and close the distance.

Basically, these are all intimate touch situations that are known to lead to kissing. She'll know it's about to happen, so give her a deep gaze, and slowly close the distance. She will gracefully back off if she's not interested. If you approach at light speed out of the blue, she won't be able to back off gracefully and you'll feel like an idiot if she rejects you.

When you feel like it just shove it down her throat, if she resists and stops you, you need to hit the gym because you are not strong enough.
