Bar #1 (5:30pm) Saw cute girl sitting by herself when I went to the bathroom. Came back and asked her if she had gotten stood up. Touched her shoulder when I talked. She laughed and we chatted for a minute. She told me to sit down, I said no thanks, come up by my group at the bar. She said she would in a minute.

In a minute her friends got there. On my way out I addressed her in front of the group (made them laugh telling them I thought they ditched her) and told her she was so cute i had to get her number. She said she had a BF. wasn' going to argue in front of her group (one of which maybe was her bf), so I left.

Bar #2 6:00pm

  • approach two girls. One is very friendly and I am kind of teasing her. Her friend sits t here for awhile and goes "you ever hear of divide and conquer?!?" and then grabs her friend and moves to a different spot of the bar. Fucking weird.

Bar#3 - 9pm Approach two girls in a really shitty pool hall. Just making small talk about life/school/whatever. One girl is really nice, one is kind of a bitch (hardcore ch ick with piercings and shit). Whatever. I forgot the nice girls name immediately after she told me it so when my group left i Just said nice talking to you guys and left.

Not bad for my second time out, but definitely need help. Should I escalate faster? slower? I am escalating VERY slowly, using immediate kino (arm touching quite a bit, afraid to go beyond that kind of), and mostly making small talk with lots of teasing mixed in. I ask for a number as I'm heading out the door. I've now failed both #closes I've attempted (both gave me the bf line).
