Saturday night and out of state for the first few hours until I splashed some cold water on my face in the bathroom and said fuck it. Tired of my friends moping that "that night was boring" and "lets go somewhere else."

Took a lap around the bar and introduced myself to everyone I could make eye contact with. Made small talk with everyone I brushed up against. Ended up talking to a mutual friend and introduced immediate kino. Hand around back, holding her hand, all sorts of stuff. She was interested but I could tell this one was going to be a "slow burn" type of girl...and as a mutual friend I know I would see her in the very near future. I bounced and made another lap around the bar.

I found a cute tall girl and commented on her unique clothes. She said: "You know, I'm married (points to husband right next to her) but, you are one confident mother fucker. Let me introduce you to my really cute friend."

She introduced us right as the friend spilled a drink all over herself. At that moment it was like I pressed the "turbo" button in a videogame or something. I immediately introduced myself, was teasing her, and escalated EXTREMELY fast. Grabbing her, hugging her, talking, talking, talking. She is laughing her ass off, smiling, and loving every second of it.

Cue her angry older brother flipping out and telling me to "get the fuck out of there" and flipping my hat off of my head. He looked like a major DB and everyone else in the group immediately came to my defense. I just brushed it off, shook his hand, and told him not to worry about it, I've got a younger sister too.

Couldn't K-close the girl (it was her birthday so she was HOUNDED by friends all night) but I did get her number and set up a date for next week. When I left she was visibly a little upset but I told her that it was obvious she needed to spend time with her friends on her birthday and I would see her next week.

So, I didn't do everything right, but I feel pretty damn good about myself today. I also had a fucking GREAT time last night.

Lessons learned: the more approaches you do the more fun it becomes, escalate faster, eye contact is fucking amazing

TL;DR: Approached a HB7 married girl, she ended up directing me towards a HB8 because I was a "confident mother fucker."
