Anyone have any experience doing this? Sometimes the best looking women in a bar or some shitter of a club are the bar staff.

I learnt the hard way last year that 'approaching' the hot bargirl at the club, very drunk, is not a good idea. They're essentially trapped in a narrow strip full of horny dudes who all think they have a shot. My rule of thumb now has been to just not to bother, it's not worth it.

I realise this is probably a limiting belief though, and that I'm just not looking at the problem in the right way.

I can't be the only one notice hot girls working at bars/clubs. What's your approach? Do you even bother?
