Applying Taoist ideas toward seduction, will this really work?

Let me start off by saying after having studied the Tao Te Ching fairly extensively, I'd like to congratulate and praise you for understanding many of the more complex and difficult concepts fairly accurately. However, some things I would alter in your post, is that the Tao Te Ching is not necessarily a guidebook for a ruler, even though about half (ish) is written with the context of a "ruler", it's commonly accepted that this definition is inaccurate, with the correct idea being that "The Master" is more of a "virtuous, ideal citizen", and therefore the Tao Te Ching could be seen as a life philosophy, which could ostensibly be followed by anyone.

Alright, now, lets talk about Taoism in context of seduction. You mention "not doing, and allowing everything to fall into place." This is referred to as wu-wei, or, action without action. However, you talk about "applying", or "using", these ideas toward seduction. (essentially to escalate, and get HB's to F-close.) The fallacy behind this, is that by attempting to "use" these concepts, you're failing to follow them. You cannot "be with no goal in mind", if your ultimate goal is seduction. These Taoist ideas are not to be used in conjunction with predetermined ideas of kino-escalation, and seduction. By doing so, you're soiling the pure, natural, and virtuous ideas and concepts inherent within the Tao.

To truly embrace the Taoist ideas you speak of, one should disavow many of the artificially implemented tactics and strategies recommended by r/seduction, stop DHVing, and instead, focus on natural interaction, and let your mind achieve original oneness.

I've found seddit principles to parallel really well with non-western philosophy, at least in the basic way I've been introduced to it.

There are some lovely parallels between this and the philosophies presented by the Bhagavad-Gita, huge work involving the concepts of Hinduism and the epic Mahabharata. Basically, it's better to act and not be concerned with the consequences; there are three facets to this perfect path of 'yogic' action.

One, understanding or knowledge. The second, action. The third, 'devotion.'

The knowledge is not that of solid facts, strictly. It's more of an awareness of actions, consequences, and an intuitive self-awareness. I might describe this as taking a step back from everything, and looking at the bigger picture, the reality and truth of what's going on.
The yoga of action requires one to perform an action for the pure reason that it is one’s [human]duty and without thinking of the outcome of that action. You have control over your actions, but not the outcome of your actions. Therefore, don't become attached to the consequences!

*The yogo of devotion is religious in nature so it's relevant within the piece, not particularly to 'seducing' etc.

Careful, a lot of the chapters in the Dao de jing were added centuries later by legalists(kind of like fascists) for propaganda reasons
