I don't like to dance. It's not that i don't know how to do it, but i feel too awkward doing it. That's a big problem for me when doing night game.

I'm not sure if it makes them think that I'm not interested or just makes me less interesting.

This is old but illustrates what I'm saying: I was at friend's birthday talking to her and one of her friends when another friend who was a HB7 IIRC comes to us, introduces herself to me and starts making conversation while watching me and not the others. We talked for a while and she said she wanted to dance with me (I don't remember if she took my hand and tried to pull me to the dance floor if it was just verbally, but i think it was the first). I told her i don't like dancing and she walked away with a dissapointed face.

She was giving me clear IOIs but I wasn't able to take this to my advantage. How should I avoid dancing while don't blowing up the interaction?
