Me: M, early 30's.

I work in a large office with a number of divisions. Naturally, there are attractive, single women around here and there. I'm in my first year of employment there.

I want to flirt, but I recognize the office isn't a singles bar. In other settings, my style is based on making my interest obvious. I get in the right mindset by committing to being "that guy" who takes risks, who will say anything, who's unpredictable and exciting. If I try holding back at all, I tend to totally lose my confidence.

My style is, of course, innapropriate for a work environment. Given the complications of dating co-workers, I'm not even looking to aggressively chase any of these women. My goal is to have fun, to be social, and yeah, I'd like to be the most common answer to the question "if you could be with any guy in the office, who would it be?"

I am partnered with a young woman, which has been nice, in that it's gotten me in for happy hour gatherings where I have been able to be a bit more playful. The office isn't a very social one, however, and opportunities to meet outside work are few and far between. Still, even in that scenario, I'm concerned about going too far. Also, given the various divisions, I don't have a lot of natural day-to-day interractions with some of the women I'd like to connect with more.

So, Seddit, how do you handle yourself in the workplace? All feedback and advice is welcome...
