I approached this HB8 during daytime, on campus. We chat for a little and I invite her to a party that I knew about that day, afterwards attempt to number close. She says she does not have an UK phone number as she just moved to the country a few days ago, so I get her facebook.

Fast forward that evening, she flakes on the party claiming that she does not drink/smoke and does not feel comfortable in that environment. I say fine and go on my way. Later she messages me asking if I am upset. I didn't care but sarcastically said she owe's me a coffee, she does not reply and I never follow up for about a week.

Yesterday, I was sorting out my plans for the evening, so I thought, let me see what she is up to. We small talk, I tease the crap out of her and make her laugh. In the end I ask what ru doing tonight and she just invites me to this party and asks for my number. At this point I was psyched because she is so my type, regardless I said I am going to see some friends first and then make my way to meet her and head to the party. An hour later she flakes on me again, with the same reasons, she does not like alcohol etc.

I am a bit bummed and I say fine.

The next day, she texts me asking if I want to go Ice Skating. My inner pimp is saying flake her back, but chode me is saying go!

So I ask what time and she never replied.

WTF happens now. I honestly want to give up on this girl, but she keeps IOI'ing me. And I don't really want to give up without meeting her at least once.

Sorry if this sound infantile. But what should I do?
