For those asking for a tl;dw here we go... I'll just list the more main points in chronological order of the video.

The majority of the video was talking about just going for it and L.A.S V.E.G.A.S

Be more socially aware and one step ahead of whoever you are interacting with. Comedians have to be smarter than the audience in the sense that they have to keep them on their feet, not knowing entirely what to expect next.
Don't impress, improve. Do not try to prove yourself to anyone or even try to prove yourself to you, improve yourself for the sake of improving yourself.
Don't fix on imaginary or hypothetical problems, focus on the ones you are encountering in the field.
Have a Champion Attitude. You cannot progress or build yourself up by playing it safe and not ever risking something.
Try new things, even if they are not logical. (The host of the show uses an example of when he tried pea-cocking, he had a fluffy purple hat and several women would approach him to check out the hat.) Not logical, but it worked.
Once you are with a girl, after you feel you have made some progress, try to find out when she was attracted to you, find out what worked. Or what didn't work.
Schwarzenegger it. Arnold once said the last few reps would be what the difference was between a champion, and not. When you are all out and completely depleted in an interaction/field give it an extra 20%. Go out of that comfort zone and try something different.
Hang out with people better than you. A mentor.
Your friends will accept you, don't worry about changing. Don't not improve yourself because you are afraid if people will disown you or break off friendships, your friends will continue to be friends with you. Some may just have to adapt to the new you.

LAS VEGAS

Looks- how you portray yourself. This is the first thing that is seen, what tribe do you want to/or what tribe do you belong too? Taking some pride and putting some effort into your looks/clothes can make even the average joe become a beacon.

Adaptability- spontanity, risk taking, adapt or die

Strength- Ability to protect her, make her feel safe

10 list of strength

Make decisions - You are the man, act like one.
Don't ask her what she wants - Ask for her preference, but make the decision for her.
Don't change your opinion for her
Know your environment - pick up the weekly paper, see what is going on in your town, these next two tie in with this one.
Know what is cool - where the good restaurants are, general cool places to go.
Know how to get places
Be an effective communicator - Make sure you are understood, not just heard.
Story Telling - tell stories of when you stood up for someone or defended yourself or someone else. Show you are capable of protecting her.
Don't tolerate 'bad behavior' - don't let her tread on you.

10 Take Charge - if you're with a group and no one is sure where to go/what to do, stand up and make that decision, be a leader figure, someone that isn't afraid of making decisions.

Value - what makes you stand out/different from other guys

Emotional Connection - Commonalities between you two, try to be understood or understand her on a deeper level. Deep roots make for stronger branches.

Goals - Show ambition/potential.

Authenticity - Be congruent with yourself, match who you are on the outside with who you are on the outside.

Self worth - Don't be afraid to take up space in the world, fuck it, own it, benchpress the world.

For the LAS VEGAS there is an exercise you may do, rate yourself 1-5 on each letter, 1 being average, 0 being you do not feel you show that characteristic at all. This will help you see what you should work on at the next party/outing/interaction.

Interest by disinterest - Don't show you want her so badly you become weird or annoying.
Give her hoops to jump through
After she values you, ask more personal question, let her share, let her show she is interested in you

This is what was given in the video and as such not my opinion. Yes, it is a long as fuck TL;DW but it was a 2 hour video. The main takeaway is the LAS VEGAS and the self test. Have a goodnight, narwhals out!

Thanks for posting this, not sure I would have come across it otherwise. It really just reinforces a lot of the stuff I've already read around here (so far in the hour i've watched, i know its like 9 hours total), but I like how Neil presents it and explains it.
