A default I go to is using whatever song is on.

E.g. Here's one stolen from ethical slut:

[This could work like a fear-then-relief sales tactic.]

Say hi and introduce yourself in a way that makes you stand out from everyone else. I am a very well-dressed, debonair sort of guy, so I tend to go for a comically formal greeting, like

"Why hello there, I don't believe we've met. I am X and who might you be Miss?" while doing a grandiose bowing sort of motion. Once you get her name, you can tease her or make a joke about it if you feel so inclined (e.g., if it's a unique sounding name "No fair, your name is way cooler than mine; wanna trade?").

Usually, she'll be in a group of one or two other girls, so you can say something to the effect of "Now don't be rude, introduce me to your friends" or "Where are my manners, who are your friends here?"

You are now talking to all of the girls in the group. Proceed as usual.

However, it is important to note that what sells this opener is confidence and charm. But honestly, if you're decently attractive and well-dressed, that's pretty much your opener right there. All you have to do is say hi and show some confidence.
