Hi, I know this should probably go in askseddit but I feel like the potential answers to this could help more people than just myself so I want to put this where others are more likely to see it.

So here's the deal. I discovered seddit back in March and was a lurker for a while. I finally read "The Game" and "The Art of Seduction". I am diagnosed with major depressive disorder and social phobia. My grandfather also has major depressive, I have family members with other mood and personality disorders as well.

After getting started on medication this year I started feeling more outcome independent, sort of apathetic to the outcome of things. I got the confidence to start approaching, and I was doing well! I was getting a number almost every time I approached. I went on one date with a D1 cheerleader. I k-closed a girl (something I hadn't done in a year and a half) and confidence was just oozing out of me.

After a little bit, any girls who's numbers I had gotten sort of lost interest, I wasn't getting any new #s, getting any dates or anything. My confidence has gone back down to where it used to be (non-existent). I don't know how to fix it, my psychiatrist recently upped my dosage, so hopefully I get that little jolt of confidence back at least for a little while.

Now I can't approach new women, I'm too worried and scared. Women who were once interested have now friend-zoned me. It's getting back into that cycle where instead of people asking me for advice I'm asking people how to stop being vagina repellent.

If anybody has any advice on how to overcome mood/anxiety/personality disorders in this game of seduction I would really appreciate it, and I'm sure several lurkers out there would too.
