Be more direct, maybe a little aggressive (in the good way), escalate as much as you can and always go for a k-close. Try it and don't give up:)

How many times have you been rejected when going in for a kiss? Are you even trying to kiss them?

You need to give us more information on how you actually behave around the women you are trying to seduce. It's impossible to give advice (a solution) without having enough information to deduce what you're doing wrong (the problem).

Something I do that yields great results for me is I ask them if they trust me, then tell them to close their eyes and kiss them. It works very well both as seeing how open she is, as well as playing with her emotions a bit.

But otherwise, the fundamental is this: escalate, gauge her reaction, and adapt.
