Got a complaint that my post is douche-baggy. I think it's because I started with what I want. I apologize if that came across wrong, but I thought it would save everyone time to see what the point of the post is (TL;DR) before I explain everything.

TL;DR: I'm looking for:

  • Advice on doing Pickup in the college environment detailed below.
  • Advice on what I should read/watch: Archives from Alt Fast Seduction, websites, books, videos, etc.
  • Let me know if I should provide any other info that will explain the situation better.

My situation:

  • Just ended 1.5-year relationship. Want to get back into pick up.
  • Starting college. Studying STEM, so workload is intense.
  • Not much time for
    • parties
    • bars
    • clubs
    • nightgame (unfortunately)
    • daygame at mall
  • Hanging out will probably mean:
    • studying with friends
    • group study sessions
    • eating.
  • I commute early in the morning (subway), so it's hard to stay up late for parties.
  • Community college at the moment (will transfer to 4-year as soon as I have pre-requisites)
    • No dorms at the college
    • No dorm parties
    • Everyone commutes
  • Had a lot of success on OKC two years ago, but I was living in NYC then and getting to and from places was easier.

How I plan to practice Pick Up:

  • Talk to girls on the way to, before, and after class.
  • Start mixed-gender study groups. Sometimes have one-on-one study sessions with girls to get some private time.
  • Day 2s consist of: Meet girls for food, studying, or to go on "walks" (read: scope out makeout alcoves, then take girls there).
  • Possibly join some student groups and try to get into leadership positions, especially ones concerned with STEM.
  • Study my ass off so I feel awesome.
  • Consume a little bit of Pickup material each day.
  • Open to suggestions.
