[Texting] Is it okay to frequently text a girl that doesn't usually texts you on her initiative?

It's pretty rare that a girl will text you first, unless you created through the roof attraction when you first met. It's just natural. Women are meant to be chased, and men are meant to do the chasing. Obviously, if she never returns messages, you should stop wasting time and energy on her, because it only makes you look worse and worse.

Rule of thumb is, if you ever feel like sending a text, just to get a text back - don't send it. Got a funmy joke, sure. Someone reminded you of something stupid the girl did, sure. But no "hey cutie. How was your day?". Save that for when you are in a relationship.

Yeah, i agree, it does demonstrate scarcity. HOWEVER, a lot of girls i meet (i live in NYC) are actually fucking busy, so if they give you that excuse, believe it, wait at least 4 days and then text again. If you do that 3 times, and there's no meet up, completely forget her and move on.

A while back I would say yes, but I have since changed my ways. I met a woman once who was nuts about me. The first month we were together she texted me all the time. At first I was playing it cool and not replying right away and sometimes leaving things be after she'd send a message. During this time she was SUPER into me and she was always very excited to see me. Eventually though I got too comfortable and we were communicating a lot via text, to the point where sometimes I'd hit her up first. Long story short, shortly after the same time I started getting comfortable and texting more, she started losing interest. When we eventually decided things weren't going to work, she actually cited my frequent responses and "availability" as a turn off.

TL;DR Don't get too comfortable texting all the time, and don't be too available. Be a challenge.

Its ok to text a girl who doesn't usually text on her initiative. Frequently is where I have a problem. Texting should be to set up a meet-up, so you shouldn't be frequently texting her, especially just to say hi or something

As long as she keeps texting you back... I have been the one contacting my current fb for a long time haha. She always replies to my texts eventually so i just send em and whenevrr she gets back to me she gets back to me. If they dont respond then dont keep texting them. Doesnt mean youll never ever hook up but give it some time and space, and be cool when you see her next. See what happens

I make sure she ends and starts the conversation, or, i don't activly make sure but i have too many girls "texting" me that i usually forget. Abundance.
