Hi,

I did this a few times, but as I was in management I basically couldn't make the first move.

I actually didn't do it intentionally, I just decided to make work a place where i practiced being a fun, happy guy who occasionally said crazy things.

It worked in my favor and the girls asked me out.

(Looking back, i'm sure being in management and having some "power" had something to do with it aswell)

Make more eye contact. Greet her when you see her. Say goodbye. Make a joke that's a little sexual. gauge her reaction to these kinds of things. it's hard to convince a girl that's totally not sexually attracted to you to hook up with you, and you should be able to get hints about how she views you based on these simple interactions.

Phase 2? have something to do. then ask her to do it with you. You should pick the type of activity based on how long you've known her without doing anything about it. If it's a coworker, I think the best things are activities that include other coworkers but allow you to have a private conversation where you can talk personally with your crush. Once you have her alone, be at least somewhat forward about your intentions so you don't get stuck her "friendzoned" bitch. I don't think you should worry about being foolish unless you're ugly and boring and she's clearly out of your league.

The art of seduction is your friend, when you are seducing a girl the right way she never realize that she is being seduced, you implant the idea in her head that she wants you, use all your arsenal rapport, eye contact and specially kino, this way she will think that the hook up was her idea all along.

Also i highly recommend to not hook up with someone you work with if you value your job.
