Think about it: hot girls get hit on all the time. They know they're hot. What new information are you giving her? How is telling her what she already knows the slightest bit interesting or memorable? All you've demonstrated to her is that you're only interested in her looks. And since looks are a fleeting thing, that's a dangerous prospect for a woman. Because in ten years, when her hotness has faded, what more does she have left?

This screams neediness. You made a mistake, learn from it and move on.

Even if this girl has the looks of Miss America I wouldn't even bother with her anymore. You're already in a hole so you're going to have to do major work just to get back on level ground before you can even consider making moves.
