Telling her something like "Actually I'm 60 but I take good care of my skin you see..." in a playful way worked very well for me, always results with a smile/laugh from her (btw I'm 26). One common trick is to make her guess your age, she has 3 chances etc etc, make it a game. (It's always funnier than "oh i'm 26, what about you?"). There's also a good chance that later in the conversation, she'll ask you to guess something about her, It's your chance to get funny/original with your answers.

Also, if you are so worried about your age, do something with your facial hair etc, there are a lot of easy ways to look older.

Your age doesn't matter, feeling good, make her feel good and having a great time is not a question of birthdate. Don't stress to much about that, and you'll do better!

When I was your age, I just smoked and spoke articulately so people assumed I was older. It got me into clubs and it wasn't uncommon for me to hook up with 25-year-olds; of course, this was back in the 90s when places were a lot less strict with IDs. Still, there are plenty of women who won't care that you're twenty, and you're in a unique position to be young enough to date teenagers without it being creepy. I suggest you exploit that while you still can, because when you're my age, banging an 18-year-old looks pretty sketchy.

There is 2 ways, you can use it to disqualify them I.e. if you are obviously young say 'far too young for you, you couldn't keep up!' or the other way round 'too old for you, you would probably struggle to hold a conversation with me!' Or treat it like a shit test as most people here have said already. 'Well I wasn't born yesterday so don't think I'm going to fall for any of your tricks!' '... So you won't have your way with me that easily!'

Yeah, and if you have the opposite problem? I'm 36 and everyone says that I look 28 to 30 something, so to have a girl drop her jaw and run away as I telle her my age happens quite often. How do you cope with this?

If they think youre too young for them: react playfully with a phrase such as: "Oh, but dont worry grandma, you're in for something now" or w/e. I've read good comebacks here so far, so you've got work to do!

I usually say something like "Believe it or not I'm actually 24, but I have really great skin so I look young" or something. Just play it off, its not a big deal.
