Don't run a routine. If they are consistently saying that your routine may be getting stale. By now you surely have the confidence to allow your personality to shine in front of anyone. Try just going off the cuff with it, that's my favorite thing to do.

They are saying this because you are making statements that are likely not truly how you feel but instead a way to validate yourself. As an example let's say you see a girl society would consider beautiful but you don't actually believe 100% deep down she is beautiful. When you say she is beautiful it's more to make you feel good that you are talking to her. Girls can read this, they sense it in your lack of conviction and body language. Try saying what you really feel about someone instead of what you think you should say or what makes you feel good.

make light of it. Say something that diffuses the situation. You have a few options: such as, agree with her and say something ridiculous like... I try even harder when I'm trying to make guy friends.

Or- neg her. Be like... oh man, getting a little ahead of ourselves aren't we here? We're just chatting and you're sizing me up for sex already?

I had a situation like this when I picked up a girl on the train. She said to me... "So do you always buy drinks for girls you meet on the train?" My response? "Me? Oh, God no. Usually I make THEM pay."

Every one of them either says that I come on to every attractive girl I run into, or that I must tell every girl I speak to that they're beautiful, gorgeous, etc.

Just to clarify, what ARE you saying to them, that they would respond with this?

I'm curious because I've literally never gotten this response.

(Are you opening with something that focuses on physical compliments? Because as good as you may be doing, you could be doing a lot better if you went a different route.)

Quality problem alert! Stay rooted, don't get shook, respond in a way that shows you think her challenge is cute and harmless. Every time you show she can't emotionally fuck with you, you become more attractive. It's an opportunity!
