How do you guys find the energy to go out and party for hours?

This happens to me quite often. I usually make coffee and have two or three large cups before leaving the house.

Careful though. Coffee is a known laxative. It's best to drink it ~2 hours before going out, so you're still at the house when you need to poop, and also because that's enough time for the caffeine to fully kick in.

Good sleep the night before and upbeat music when you're getting ready to go out helps too.

Oftentimes, we're not really tired. Our mind just mindfucks ourselves into believing that we're tired. If you're feeling tired, and a cute girl says "hey, liven up, I'm going to blow you", you're going to fucking jump to battle stations in an instant.

There's a couple of things, I think. I'm having a similar issue.

Healthy Lifestyle, Regular sleep schedule. Of course.. this is tough to do if you're wanting to go out. Plus, I've got stuff going on at night AND a day job.. but still, gotta watch the health factor. I have a rest day each week where I focus on sleep and get like 10 hours.
Push through. I was complaining to my roommate last night about this. Man, I was out and it was cool but I was fucking exhausted. he's like. Well bro, just fucking get used to it. Toughen up. You'll get better.
Take it easy on the beer. Tough too. I fucking love beer so much. Goddammit.

Get enough sleep. Doesn't have to be every night (although it should be), but especially the night before you're planning to go out, and maybe even the night before that. Taking a short nap between coming home from work and going out can help too. If all else fails, get your ass up anyway and grab a 5 hour energy on the way out.

Your mental state plays a big part of it as well. Personally, I rarely have this problem because I'm always excited to get out, and that alone gives me the energy to do it.

No idea. When people go sarging at clubs and the party doesn't even start until 11 p.m., part of me groans as I am a morning person and do not enjoy disrupting my effectiveness the next day just because a lot of people like to stay up really late.
