I'm going to be honest with you man, you come off as kind of self absorbed.

The most important rule of seduction to to leave women better than you found them.

There are interesting women out there and if you haven't found them, then it's your fault. Unfortunately, in our culture, the onus is on men. Women make themselves available, that's all you can count on. If it's boring, find a bigger challenge. Go date a rockstar. Move to a bigger city. Seduce a well known actress. If all else fails, learn another language and seduce someone who speaks it as their mother tongue. somebody is going to be more interesting than you and that's part of seduction. just to go find thm. When you do, you will be a better person and they will have been worth the effort.

I think you're looking in the wrong avenues man, you're going to mostly find certain types of girls in certain places (I'm sure you can agree bars and nightclubs all attract certain kinds of girls). I personally find the girls I truly am the most interested in from my college friends of friends, or from my girlfriends when they bring out their other girls. One of my buddies swears by salsa dancing, and has pulled an insane amount of gorgeous girls that are pretty cool from that. Find another good hobby to spend your time with and see what happens

I don't want to admit it but on some level you have a point. I just ask that you try not to generalize this notion to all women. Extrapolating and stereotyping these beliefs to all women is what's given PUA a bad name.

That being said, let's admit it: very pretty women do have an easier time in life. Men are always paying attention to them regardless, so there's never a strong need to develop am interesting personality or sense of humor. I myself have noticed this phenomenon of very pretty women frequently not having much substance.

First, remember not to generalize. There are women out there who are both good looking and personally interesting. Obviously many of them will be taken, but if it's worth it to you, put in the effort to search and you'll be rewarded.

Second, consider not putting too much emphasis on looks, but rather consider the whole package. Lets consider a hypothetical guy who will only go out with 9s or 10s. That's his choice, but he shouldn't be surprised if he keeps finding a certain personality type. Again, it's not that they're never interesting, but it's less frequent. The less attractive a girl is, the more likely she is to have developed a personality to compensate. If that sounds terrible, guys do the same thing. If you want to be able to compete, you have to be able to offer something, so if you don't have the looks you need to offer attractiveness via other avenues, and that applies to guys and girls. It seems you are already moving in this direction by valuing when a woman has wit, intelligence, humor, what have you. If this hypothetical guy starts considering 6s-8s, he's more likely to find girls with personality.

Third, it's been mentioned before but environment and venue is important. If you only meet women at bars, that might be your problem. If you join a nonprofit organization helping needy kids, the ladies there probably have more personalty.
