lol. I'd go with the approach of texting her, even though most likely she'll deny you, but that isn't for certain, so it's still worth it. Who gives fuck how she responds.

Don't mention anything about the apology or anything that led up where you fuck up, and if she says something herself about it, you could play the "I don't remember card." Act like it never occurred.

I wouldn't even mention it. Option A would have been to go with it while you were drunk, hold your ground, and make it a joke. Option B is to not even mention it. Text her in a few days/weeks/whenever you were gonna make date plans. If she brings it up, I wouldn't even pretend you didn't remember. Just make it a joke.

did she go cold on you yet? How long ago has it been? I wouldn't even worry about it yet, just ignore it. If you feel she goes cold after you make your usual post meeting contact apologizing is still generally the wrong thing to do; however, in this case, it is obvious what you did so it's different.
