Guy friends, girls cause too much drama

I'm one of these girls. That's all I mean when I say it: friendships with girls can be exhausting and somewhat competitive. That's not I say I don't have 3-4 close girlfriends with whom things are effortless, but I prefer to hang around guys rather than large groups of girls because it's just more chill and there's less social pressure. I can't speak for all girls who say this of course.

I'm a girl like this. Growing up I've always had more guy friends than girl friends. Guys and girls communicate differently. With a guy, I always know where I stand, and if there is ever an issue, it's brought up quickly, we hash it out, and put it behind us. Guys are very direct in almost all forms of communication, and I jive well with that. Girls (I'm speaking generally as I know we're not all like this) have a tendency to downplay something that bothers them, but their demeanor changes, and they tend to talk behind ones back to others, looking for justification on being annoyed.

I appreciate open communication compared to playing Charades. It can be exhausting to be friends with females, always trying to figure out if someone is just having a bad day or if they're upset and you have no clue why.

I have a couple of great girlfriends who communicate honestly and directly. I love them dearly.

It means exactly what it sounds like. Careful tho cuz that ones a slippery slope to the friend zone

Put a woman in a group of guys and most, if not all, will cater to her. Put that same woman in a group of women, they now have to negotiate to get what they want (be it the choice in restaurant/club, who drives, who handles the check, et cetera).
