They're not "supposed" to do anything.

Being more proactive isn't a terrible thing. I don't generally give girls the chance because I'm very forward, but myself (and most of the others here) are very much in the minority in that regard among at least modern American men.

This is very true in reverse. Girls tend to give horrible advice on how to pick up girls.

One, most of us don't pick up guys. Two, many of us don't know what we want but we think we do.

Give more blow jobs, be easy -- seems like terrible advice.

Advice that I don't think is terrible but probably is:

Have a physically active lifestyle.

Really know what you're looking for in a guy, what type of guy you want to attract, and be targeted. I tend to suggest a wide net approach for men, but I think girls should be targeted. If you want a buff guy, you'll have a different attack than if you want a comic book nerd, vs. a corporate lawyer.

As I matured, (32 now,) kindness grew in my priority list for what I look for in a girl.

Do you freak out when I talk to homeless people? Do you do any sort of charity. How do you act with kids? Are you violent?

In terms of relationship advice rather than seduction.

Money and conflict resolution are high up in reasons people break up. How do you deal with conflict? Do you want to address it right away? Do you need an apology? Do you want to walk away and come to the problem later when calmer heads will prevail. Really think about a range of these sorts of scenarios, "What do you want to have happen when you want to eat at different restaurants? What do you want to do if he cheats on you? If you cheat on him? How do you want to handle a flake out? How do you want to handle... " Think about your past relationships, what were the major things that caused problems. How did each of you react? What reaction could he have, that would defuse the situation for you?

As to money, it's important, I'll be it hard, for both people to be financially stable. Are you mature with money? Is he?

Finally, this is a seduction forum, if you are good at luring in the type of guys you want, your seduction is fine, and it's your relationship-fu that's off. In which case you should probably be in a different forum.

Girl here, the easy part is luring them in. The key to getting them to stay is to be interesting, what do you do for fun? What kind of hobbies do you have? Are you currently taking any classes? Learning a new language? Also, work out, stay fit, join a sport, eat healthy, join a running group or biking group, feel great about yourself. Don't be a bitch, be sweet, be yourself.. it's not worth playing games. Having a great rack is nothing without an interesting personality. Teach yourself new things everyday, have an exciting life that other want to be apart of.

Is this a question about a particular dude you're still hung up on? Because if it is, we can't really help. If its a question about keeping a relationship together, this is kind of an odd place to ask, because us pua-ologists are more about starting and switching between many primarily sex based relationships. That being said, the little I know about relationships is that good communication is the <only> thing that keeps relationships going well.

There are three things that I've learned through inner game and some books about communication; 1 know what you want/expect when you are saying something. If you're talking about feelings, know that you want validation from someone. If you're talking about a difficult problem, know that you are asking for advice. If you're complimenting/insulting someone, know that you want a reaction from them. 2 use words that mean what you're trying to say- don't diss someone when you're trying to just get a laugh, don't use vague words that make your partner guess at your meaning (her "you've changed" he "come on, these are the same jeans I wore yesterday!")

3 pay attention to the way your partner is reacting- if he gets angry because of a misunderstanding, rephrase what you're saying in a way that he might understand. If he loses interest on the relationship, ask him why and try to use that feedback in a constructive way. If he says you're fat, next him and go to the gym. If he says he's too busy, then ask how you can make his life less cluttered. If he's not responding at all, you prolly pissed him off bad so its time to move on.

So-know what you want in your relationships, learn how to get it through experience and whatever other people have to say on it.

I think the answers are easier than you think. Based on the picture you posted in another reddit, and some of your other posts, I think the issue is more likely the types of guys you like.

Obviously (if that really was your picture) you are cute and should have no problem. That being said, if you are looking for slightly nerdy guys, ones whom you might have to hit on as they aren't pushing themselves out there, they probably just don't get what is happening and you need to judge your next steps. Basically you need to work on how to transition from "hi" to "hi, now unzip your pants" in a way they will understand.

Many guys in your list are not accustomed to feeling good about themselves, so compliments are probably not a good idea (confusing). I would suggest talking about sex in a roundabout way and try to give them the idea they should ask.
