I have the worst voice in the world. Sometimes, even when I think "now I am going to say this thing very loud because I want it to be heard", people interrupt me after a few seconds... And not by being much louder than me. For some reason, my voice is just completely unattractive - not just for seduction, but even between guy friends. It was a very annoying problem last year and is a huge problem now that I am in another country speaking in a language I've only been speaking for a few months, so that I sound even more uncertain.

I am pretty sure that I need to change my voice somehow, it's not just a matter of getting louder. And in some books (maybe Magic Bullets? Or another one) I read you can change it. But I didn't really find anyone explaining how you do it in a convincing way.
