Comfort test rather than shit test. Contextually dependent, but she's in your frame here.

It's a comfort test. She feels as though she is more invested/interested than you are. This makes the hamster anxious. She is looking for affirmation from you, so that her hamster will calm down.

Appropriate course of action is to give her the comfort she is asking for. The challange is doing it in a way that preserves your frame.

I have a plate who constantly texts me shit like this. At first I'd say "I'm super busy lately." but this girl has become so annoying I just ignore her. Told her we're nothing but something casual and she still continues to bother me.
